Prestige Cakes at L'Ami Frenchy

How do you measure quality from its quantity? What do you prefer, quality over quantity or quantity over quality?
Yet when you say quality it equates with exorbitant therefore, it's much safe to say quantity over quality as its more affordable. But for me I'll say quality and quantity at the same time.

The Vibrant Decorations Exudes Coziness of the Place

It’s rare to find a restaurant to dine in where quality and quantity works together. I guess I found one in L'ami Frenchy. Prices are just right with the quality of dishes that they serve and if you want the best quality for your food then you have to try to dine in here. If you think you're paying a big amount for their offerings, well I guess you have to try their food first. It is a little bit pricey if you're dining alone, their offerings are best eaten if you're with company. Tendency is if you order alone, you won't be able to enjoy the decadence of the food, it is best shared besides you'll need someone to talk about the goodness of the food, you wouldn't want to moan in pleasure alone as you taste the food do you?

the mouth watering Citron, Prestige and Mango-Starwberry Cake

You might think by reading this, you might find it a little bit exaggerated, well truth be told, their pastries are the best cakes I have eaten here in Baguio. If your thoughts are not in parallel with me then you better check it out and go figure it out by yourself. The best cakes I have eaten so far are the Citron and Prestige cake. The lemon cake or Citron (in French I guess) is their sour cake and in order to get the full decadence of the cake is to eat all the components together. And the ooziness of the lemon goes well together with the meringue at the top and the soft pastry at the bottom. Prestige cake on the other hand is like eating an ice cream, it bursts inside my mouth, oh boy, just by writing this makes my mouth watery. They have a lot of variations when it comes to pastries and I won't bore you with too much descriptions, all I can say is a must try pastry shop ( I say pastry although it is known as a resto offering not only pastries but sandwiches, crepes and a lot more, however my favorite are the pastries actually).

Modest Yet Elegant

Now if you ask me if quality and quantity blends together with their offerings, I will have to say ‘totally’. So if you happen to pass (well, I should say you have to go) along Marcos Highway, be sure to check out this place. It is located at the end of the flyover beside the Ilokana Farmacia and in front of the Botika ng Bayan. L'Ami Frenchy is definitely the place to go for dessert so this time reserve some space after eating lunch or dinner and visit this place for some quality desserts.
