Cold enough for a country located near the earth's equator where climate is usually tropical in nature.

The season of blooming is what is being celebrated during the Panagbenga and this is the best time to visit Baguio City to see the different flowers in Bloom.

3. Summer Season - time to cool off from the heat brought about by the summer season, despite of the hot climate in the entire Philippines the numerous plants and pine trees in Baguio City makes the climate cooler than the average temperature in most parts of the Philippines, making Baguio City the Summer Capital of the Philippines.
